Four things you’ll use every week.
Real app screens. The member and her data are made up.
Tap any screen to see it full size.
See what’s changing, month to month.
Eleven questions once a month, scored by area, with a note on what moved and why it might have. Between check-ins, log what you feel in a tap.
- Hot flushes, sleep, mood, joints and more, in one score
- A trend you can actually see, not a feeling you have to explain
- The coach asks once a month, so you don’t have to remember

A coach that remembers.
Tell it what happened, in your own words. It logs it, connects it to the rest of your week, and changes the plan if you want it to.
- Night sweats, a bad night, a missed workout: logged by chatting
- It remembers what you said last week, and what helped
- It moves training around your symptoms, never through them
- Strength training and meals that fit the day you’re having

Your week, explained in one report.
Once a week, tap Generate. Tiller reads your sleep, training, food, symptoms, labs and supplements together, and tells you what moved, what lined up, and what’s worth changing.
- A score out of 100, so you can see the trend
- Patterns from your own data, compared with last week
- What to try, ranked, each tied to the data behind it
- What to raise with your doctor, never a diagnosis

Walk into appointments prepared.
One page with your dates, your questions and your requests, built from what you logged. You choose every line before anyone sees it.
- Questions worth asking, with your own data attached
- What to say if you feel dismissed
- Share by link, which expires after 30 days

One thread, followed for you.
Each appointment covers one piece. Each app tracks one thing. Tiller follows a thread from one part of your life to the next, and tells you where it leads.
A sample member. Tiller points out patterns in your own records. It does not diagnose.
- SleepFour nights under six hours in the last fourteen.
- SymptomsA 3 pm crash logged the day after each one.
- CycleThree of the four fell between cycle days 17 and 24.
- BloodworkFerritin was last checked in March. Nothing newer is on file.
- TillerOne change to try this week, and two questions for your doctor.
With or without hormone therapy.
Your choice, respected
On hormone therapy, thinking about it, or not for you: the coach reads your symptoms in that context and never steers you.
Evidence you can check
Health facts come with their source. Supplements and herbs are discussed with how strong the evidence is, and what to check first.
Clear limits
Tiller is a coach. It points out patterns and helps you prepare. It doesn’t diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it tells you when to see someone.
Before you start.
I’m not sure I’m in perimenopause. Is this for me?
Yes. Start with what you feel: sleep, energy, mood, strength. Tiller tracks the pattern and helps you bring it to your doctor. It never tells you what stage you’re in.
Do I need a wearable?
No. Log sleep, symptoms, food and training yourself. If you wear an Oura ring or a WHOOP, connect it and your sleep comes in automatically. Apple Watch works through Apple Health and the Health Auto Export app.
I’m on hormone therapy. Does that change anything?
The coach reads your symptoms in that context. Your prescription is your doctor’s call; Tiller helps you track how you feel on it.
Who sees my data?
You, and the people you choose. Your health data powers your plans and your coach, and nothing else. It isn’t sold, and it isn’t used for ads. The coach runs on Anthropic’s Claude, which doesn’t train on your data. If you share a kitchen, the others see the shared meals and grocery list, never your labs, medications, cycle or symptoms. A doctor brief leaves only through a link you create, which expires after 30 days, and you can stop sharing at any time. The detail is in our privacy policy.
