Why is it called Tiller?
In a garden, tilling tends and prepares the soil for growth. On a boat, the tiller is how you steer. Tiller is about steady tending and finding your own direction in your health. It doesn’t control your health or promise an outcome. Read Nikki’s story.
Is this medical advice?
No. Tiller is a coaching app. It helps you see patterns and prepare for appointments, and suggests seeing a professional when something needs one. It doesn’t diagnose, treat or prescribe.
Do I need a wearable?
No. You can log sleep, symptoms, food and training yourself. If you wear an Oura ring or a WHOOP, connect it and your sleep comes in automatically. Apple Watch works through Apple Health.
What happens in the ten days?
Connect a wearable or log as you go. After about a week, open Insights and generate your first report. The day before your trial ends, we email you a reminder.
How do I reach you?
Email info@withtiller.com with any question. Members can write to support@withtiller.com for help with their account.
Who sees my data?
You, and the people you choose. Your health data powers your plans and your coach, and nothing else. It isn’t sold, and it isn’t used for ads. The coach runs on Anthropic’s Claude, which doesn’t train on your data. If you share a kitchen, the others see the shared meals and grocery list, never your labs, medications, cycle or symptoms. A doctor brief leaves only through a link you create, which expires after 30 days, and you can stop sharing at any time. The detail is in our privacy policy.
